The past few days we had torrential down pours, strong wind and there was not one drop of water in the SkyShed POD. I now trust the POD to be weatherproof and waterproof for my scope and gear. Tonight, first light went flawlessly and it was pretty cool to just sit in the POD with my feet up and look up at the stars. There was a gusty wind but the POD acted as a nice wind block and the guiding stayed decent.
Ah man! That is awesome. I want one now =(
